Goals

To increase visibility and efficiency across RealDefense’s enterprise SDR team by streamlining pipeline management, improving reporting accuracy, and enabling scalable outbound demand generation. A key objective was to generate more high-quality prospects through automated cold email and LinkedIn outreach, while also empowering the team with better data, smarter workflows, and automated tools to increase conversion rates and speed to lead.

 

Process

We built a custom HubSpot Sales Automation and Reporting system tailored to RealDefense’s SDR workflows. This included configuring pipeline stages, automating task creation, and integrating cold email and LinkedIn outreach tools to streamline prospecting. We also developed real-time dashboards and reporting to give SDR managers greater visibility, while implementing lifecycle tracking and custom properties to better connect demand gen activities to revenue outcomes. The result was a fully automated system that reduced manual work and improved outbound efficiency.
